Centrally located in downtown Seattle, getting here is simple with frequent airport shuttle service, taxi service, car rental companies, or Seattle’s local transit system. What is the cancellation/refund and transfer policy?

A cancellation for a refund may be accepted by March 31, 2018, after this date it is non-refundable. Upon ticket cancellation approval, a credit card refund will be applied within 7-10 business days. E-Ticket transfer requests can be made by July 6, 2018. After this date, ticket validity may expire. To initiate a cancellation or transfer, contact Distributor Services 800.432.5842.

New Promoter discounted tickets are non-refundable and transfers may only apply to the New Promoter's down line. Convention-Only promotional tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable through July 6, 2018.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests and children are welcome to attend the Experience meeting on July 26, 2018. To attend any other part of Convention 2018 such as the general session, breakout sessions and/or the gala dinner will require a ticket purchase. See the pricing page for current ticket pricing.

What is the recommended attire?

The dress code for the General Session is business casual for example dress shirt, polo, blouse, slacks, khakis, jeans, dress, any NeoLifeGear. The gala dinner is semi-formal for example dress shirt, slacks, sports coat, cocktail dresses, elegant skirts and blouses. If you wish to wear suits and ties, tuxedos or evening gowns, by all means you are more than welcome to!

July is on average the warmest month, about 80 degrees.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

During the registration process, please notate your dietary restrictions or contact Distributor Services 800.432.5842 so we may notate them. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements however we cannot guarantee custom meals.
