Notes: For all special events, you must be registered on or before July 1, 2016 to attend. For incentives, you must be registered on or before July 1, 2016 to receive on stage recognition. Earned free registration will be reimbursed at the event. You must attend Convention 2016 in order to receive any cash and prizes.
General Sessions, workshops and other invitation-only events related to Convention take place Friday, July 15th though Saturday, July 16th with departures on Sunday. Experience meeting and President’s & World Team meeting will take place prior to the event on Thursday, July 14th. See the agenda page for more details.
John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) would be the closest airport to the venue at approximately 13 miles. Visit hotel & travel for distances of other airports.
NeoLife will not be hosting ground transportation. For those driving into the hotel, we have negotiated a discount of $8 daily parking or $10 overnight parking.

The dress code for the General Session is business casual for example dress shirt, polo, blouse, slacks, khakis, jeans, dress, any NeoLifeGear. The gala dinner is semi-formal for example dress shirt, slacks, sports coat, cocktail dresses, elegant skirts and blouses. If you wish to wear suits and ties, tuxedos or evening gowns, by all means you are more than welcome to!
You must contact Distributor Services 800.432.5842 to request a cancellation/refund or initiate a transfer. All cancellations/refund requests must be submitted by March 31, 2016. After this date your ticket becomes non-refundable. New Promoter Discount tickets are transferable only to your own downline. Convention-Only Promotion and New Promoter Discount tickets are non-refundable. After your refund request is approved, we will refund your credit card within 7-10 business days. All ticket transfer requests (excluding the new promoter discount) must be made by July 1, 2016. After this date they are not transferable.
We provide a Friday boxed lunch, and Saturday evening plated dinner meal. Invitation-only events vary based on your qualification. To plan accordingly, all other meals are on your own. The hotel also offers in-room and onsite dining; you may also inquire with the restaurant on placing orders ahead of time to pick up during breaks if needed.
During the registration process, please notate your food allergies or contact Distributor Services 800.432.5842 so we may notate them. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements however we cannot uarantee custom meals.
Guests are welcome to attend the NeoLife Experience meeting prior to the Convention. If they become a NeoLife Club Promoter, they can sign up to attend the Convention at the discounted rate of only $115 per person. Other guests and children are not permitted inside the events.
