Is there ground transportation available to/from the airport?

NeoLife will not be hosting airport transportation. The Phoenix airport offers taxi services 24 hours a day. Ride share service pick-up locations are located in Terminal 2, 3 and 4.

What meals will be included?

Your ticket includes a dinner meal during the Convention 2019 Gala. Invitation only events are also included; visit the Incentives page for qualifications.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

A:

A cancellation for a refund deadline is March 31, 2019, after this date all registrations are non-refundable. New Promoter discounted tickets are non-refundable and transfers may only apply to the New Promoter's down line. Convention-Only promotional tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

How do I transfer my ticket?

A:

E-Ticket transfer requests can be made by July 5, 2019. After this date, ticket validity may expire and/or full registration kit may not be received at the event. To initiate a transfer, contact Sales Support 800.432.5842. Transfers will be verified and a confirmation email will be sent to the new ticket holder within 48 business hours.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests and children are welcome to attend the Experience meeting on July 25, 2019. To attend any other part of Convention 2019 such as the general session, breakout sessions and/or the gala dinner will require a ticket purchase. See the pricing page for current ticket pricing.

What is the recommended attire?

A:

The dress code for the General Session is business casual for example dress shirt, polo, blouse, slacks, khakis, jeans, dress, any NeoLifeGear. The gala dinner is semi-formal for example dress shirt, slacks, sports coat, cocktail dresses, elegant skirts and blouses. If you wish to wear suits and ties, tuxedos or evening gowns, by all means you are more than welcome to!

July is on average the warmest month, about 104-108 degrees.
