Is there are Hotel Resort Fee ?

When using the NeoLife booking link, the resort fee of $35 is discounted to $10 and packaged into your room rate of only $129 per night (plus tax). The Resort Fee includes several amenities such as high speed Wi-Fi in guest room and public space, shuttle to the Agua Caliente Casino, access to Little Links miniature golf course, access to Pete Dye golf practice facility, golf bag storage at Pete Dye Clubhouse, shuttle to Gary Player golf course, two drinks per stay at any of the resort bars, access to villas paradise pool and access to the Westin 24-hour fitness center.

What meals will be included?

A:

Your ticket includes a dinner meal during the Convention 2020 Gala. Invitation only events are also included; visit the Incentives page for qualifications.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

A:

A cancellation for a refund deadline is March 31, 2020, after this date all registrations are non-refundable. New Promoter discounted tickets are non-refundable and transfers may only apply to the New Promoter's down line. Convention-Only promotional tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

How do I transfer my ticket?

A:

E-Ticket transfer requests can be made by July 5, 2020. After this date, ticket validity may expire and/or full registration kit may not be received at the event. To initiate a transfer, contact Sales Support 800.432.5842. Transfers will be verified, and a confirmation email will be sent to the new ticket holder within 72 business hours.

Can I bring Children?

A:

Yes, children will need to purchase a Convention ticket at the going rate. This will allow access to the event and gala dinner. Children attending the functions are required to be supervised at all times for the safety of themselves and other attendees. If there is disruption during the event, we will kindly request you exit the room to help meet their needs. Invitation-only events are intended for adults.

Can I bring a guest?

A:

Yes, guests are welcome to attend the Expo event on Thursday, July 25 for free! Upon signing up as a Promoter, they can get a discounted ticket to attend Convention or purchase a Convention ticket at the going rate.

What is the recommended attire?

A:

The dress code for the General Session is business casual for example dress shirt, polo, blouse, slacks, khakis, jeans, dress, any NeoLifeGear. The gala dinner is semi-formal for example dress shirt, slacks, sports coat, cocktail dresses, elegant skirts and blouses. If you wish to wear suits and ties, tuxedos or evening gowns, by all means you are more than welcome to!
